Production

Each of our windows goes through a detailed, high-precision production process that combines automated machinery with skilled craftsmanship. From profile cutting to quality inspection, every step ensures outstanding quality.

Steps in the Production of our Windows

1

CNC Profile Cutting & Drainage Milling

Window profiles are precisely cut using CNC machines. Drainage slots and handle holes are milled for function and fit

2

Steel Reinforcement & Seal Preparation

Steel reinforcements are inserted and fastened for strength. Seals are back-cut in welding zones to ensure clean corners.

3

4-Point CNC Frame Welding

All four corners of the frame are welded simultaneously using advanced CNC technology – ensuring structural integrity.

4

Automated Corner Cleaning

Weld seams on the corners are cleaned automatically – two corners at a time – for a flawless finish.

5

Frame Storage & Organization

Completed frames are carefully stored and organized, ready for the next stage of production.

6

Mullions & Structural Inserts

Mullions (vertical dividers) are added to support multi-pane glass configurations and larger window designs.

7

Hardware Installation

Hinges, locking mechanisms, and other hardware components are securely attached to the frames.

8

Glazing with Spacers & Beads

Glass panes are installed using precision-cut spacers and glazing beads to ensure thermal performance and a tight seal.

9

Optional Add-ons Installed

Optional features such as brickmoulds or frame extensions are added based on customer specifications.

10

Handle Installation

Handles are mounted to ensure smooth operation and ergonomic use.

11

Final Quality Control

Each window undergoes a strict final inspection to meet the highest standards in quality and performance.

12

Labelling, Packaging & Shipping

Windows are labelled, securely packaged, and prepared for safe transport and delivery.
